With colleagues in the UK, Canada and Polen NIS is an international company and you have the opportunity to work with different departments and colleagues in different locations. Working together as a team is a key to our success.
We have employees in all stages of life and employees with 15+ years seniority. No matter how long you have been employed or if you are a student employee or an employee with many years of experience within the field, we foster an environment where employees feel included and involved.
With our career paths we focus on how the employee can grow in their role or towards a new role.
Many things contribute to the atmosphere we have in the office but one of them is definitely our office dogs.
'Working 9 to 5' does not apply to all.
If you are an early bird, you start working early and finish early. Do you prefer to sleep in, you start working later and finish later. Do you have children to pick up in the afternoon or children's activities to attend to, you can choose to divide your workday in two.
You can work from home up to three days per week and we offer a a set up with screens, key board and mouse.
We all need to recharge our batteries and have interests and activities in our spare time. It might even be counterstrike with the colleagues.
The balance between your work life and your family life is a high priority for NIS.
In the latest (January 2024) job satisfaction survey 83/100 stated that they have a good relationship to their colleague.
Having fun and being social with colleagues optimizes cross-functional collaboration. We believe that this contributes to the high score.
We have recurring social events such as summer parties and Christmas parties, but also ongoing events such as counterstrike or board games on a Friday afternoon in the office.
Besides this each department has a budget of their own for social team activities.
We have some old but golden traditions at the CPH office. One of these traditions is to bring home a magnet everytime time a colleague goes on vacation or visits a customer.
The uglier, the better.
We can't wait to see what you bring.
